Technologie et innovation : Biopharmaceutical, Vaccine Production, Quality Management Tâches du stagiaire : • Ensure CMT are issued with Document Index on a regular basis and that CMT is operating to latest issues of all Construction Deliverables. • Establish and maintain an RFI Database. Manage the RFI Process with Discipline Supervisors. Issue Status Report each Month. • Manage the Contractors’ Submittals process with Discipline supervisors. Establish and maintain a register. • Prepare Quality Assurance Procedure for Trade packages for inclusion in Tender packages. Ensure that requirements are understood by tenderers prior to any award. • Establish Contractor Handover Document Indices (CDIs) on mobilisation of each contractor. • Review and accept Contractors’ Quality Plans / I&TPs (Inspection and Test Plans). Establish Hold Points, Witness Points. • In conjunction with CMT Supervisors and Contractors, establish a schedule of formal CMT inspections of Contractors’ works in accordance with agreed ITPs. Include fabrication shops as appropriate • Maintain a schedule of Non-Conformances and Concession Requests of Contractors’ Works – Monitor and sign-off on close out of each item. • Establish and maintain a Master Punch List Database. Issue report each Month with key metrics – Classifications / numbers closed / numbers still open, etc • Review Contractors’ Quality Records including material certification, welding records, NDT records, etc using Third party expertise as required (NOBO) . Monitor Contractors’ internal punch list process. • Monitor Contractors’ Test Pack & Handover Documentation compilation – Issue reports each Month. • Periodically audit Contractors’ Stick-files against the latest Drawing Register. • Maintain oversight of the Contractor’s As-Building process – issue reports as required. • Act as the principal CMT Interface with Commissioning for the handover of systems. • Lead the System Handover process. • Review System Definition / System Boundaries / Testability / Commissionability with Commissioning. • In conjunction with the Planning Engineer, establish and maintain a System Handover Schedule. • Monitor punch-list close out and issue weekly reports. • Establish, maintain and coordinate a system walkdown process in accordance with agreed protocol(s). Issue weekly reports. • Act as “Owner” of the CMT Site Procedures Manual. • In conjunction with the Construction Manager and PM Construction Group, maintain and update Site Procedures Manual for the Project. • Communicate the Manual contents to CMT colleagues. • Maintain oversight of the Document Index as maintained by Document Control. Audit CMT Drawing Stick-files for compliance with the current Index. • Monitor CMT Inspectors quality inspection reports • In conjunction with the Construction Manager and PM Construction Group establish an audit program of CMT functions in accordance with PM Systems & Procedures and Site Manual.
